Holiday Inn Express- Clovis, NM

The weekend of August 6th-9th, 2010 our 2nd son was married in Clovis. My family used this opportunity to have a mini family reunion. Because of this, we not only had our rooms (I’m guessing possibly 35+ room nights) but we used the meeting room facilities as a gathering place for us to meet.

The entire staff at the hotel from Andrea to Ashley to the breakfast ladies to the maid service personnel, etc., were absolutely some of the most professional and friendliest staff we have ever met.
We cannot say thank you enough to Andrea for her assistance! She fielded every question or concern, with a smile patience and very professionally!

I have been a long time customer of Holiday Inns and am I Priority Club Member but I have not experienced the level of service we enjoyed with Andrea and her staff at Clovis

My wife and I recently stayed at the Las Cruces Hampton Inn & Suites, 2350 E. Griggs Avenue in Las Cruces, NM to attend our son’s college graduation from New Mexico State University. While we were there during 6-13 MAY 2010, the service, atmosphere, and attention to detail shown by every member of the Hampton/Hilton team to make EVERY guest feel welcomed and appreciated was SUPERB! From the friendly daily greetings at breakfast to the personal attention provided, your staff went out of their way to make our stay, and the stay of all the other guests I observed, a FIVE STAR experience. In my 30-year Navy career my wife and I have traveled the world and stayed in many hotels: I can honestly say the service provided by your Las Cruces staff equaled and in many respects EXCEEDED that of any other hotel, anywhere. I have always had good experiences at Hilton/Hampton properties, but I can honestly say this stay was THE BEST EVER due to Belia, Miguel and the rest of the staff.

Holiday Inn Express Broomfield

Everyone at this hotel goes above and beyond to be helpful. They’re always friendly and the place is clean and fun!

Loved the spacious room with a couch, desk and king bed. Really enjoyed the large step in shower without a tub. Being a little older the shower felt so roomy and safe to move about in it. Generally the staff made the stay feel so welcoming we will be back to see our new friends there

We arrived on February 12th at the Broomfield Holiday Inn and was greeted by James. He was prompt and courteous at check-in. During our stay there, we also met Heather (Mgr). She was very nice and seen her around a lot during our 14 day stay. Everyone there was fantastic and very helpful. Suzanna in the breakfast area was great as well and always helpful. On a last note, the maids were all great as well. It is great to see the whole staff friendly, nice and so helpful. A+++ for this staff at the Holiday Inn in Broomfield, CO.

Highly recommend. Spacious rooms to work remotely in, warm daily breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms.

The staff was dipper friendly and there any time we had a any questions about places to eat on the area and even available when we need a snack and refreshments later in the evening.

This hotel was by far one of my favorite we have stayed in. Great views, awesome staff, and you can tell it is ran very well.

This hotel was so accommodating for our Football team. The management was so helpful and friendly. How things are changing so much, they didn’t even think twice and was on top of everything. Thank you so much!

Holiday Inn Express Albuquerque

Comfortable and clean. This is my new stopping point when I travel through.

I think this Holiday Inn is the very best places to stay along the 40 New Mexico. Great parking and welcoming staff.

Excellent hidden jem. We ALWAYS avoid the Albuquerque area due to crime but just couldn’t push on this time. This hotel is newer, with a security gate around it and tucked back so you don’t see it from the street. Area appears like they are working on a face-lift. Great beds, HOT shower, good breakfast. Will definitely stay here again!

We stayed one night. Brittany was extremely helpful and kind, we needed a few things and she got them very quickly. Parking was enclosed and felt very safe. Nearby was a walmart to get supplies. Also a really good Mexican restaurant called Sadie’s nearby. For Covid, they were following guidelines as far as I could tell. Room was nice, bed was comfy, shower was hot. Would stay again.

Hampton Inn & Suites Las Cruces I-25

Overall everything was. Great. Friendly staff and nice rooms. Location is perfect all shopping areas are just around the corner and Wal-Mart located right behind hotel.

Excellent customer service. My wife left her smart watch somewhere in the room, and we didn’t realize it until we were already home. We called the hotel and they said they would look for it. A couple days later they called and found the watch behind the bed.

Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend! 👍

Very clean hotel and decent stay for my family. I don’t typically leave reviews but this is the 2nd or 3rd time i stay here when i go to Mexico and definitely the area is very convenient, lots of stores and places to eat around and close to the freeway.

While everyone is cutting services such as housekeeping and breakfast during COVID this hotel is keeping their services at level! It was so refreshing to have a normal hotel stay with a hot breakfast (served safely). Staff was so friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Excellent stay!

The staff was very helpful. I had some specific computer requirements needed for work in the form of internet access and the staff made sure there were no issues.

Amazing customer service and experience.

My son had overnighted there on his way to Tucson. Place and staff were very friendly and helpful to him. His car broke down and was given a ride to the repair garage to get his car when it was finished. He was so happy they helped. If your reading this and want a safe and caring place to stay. Please stay here my son said they are great.

Lauren is amazing and i will never forget my experience at this holiday inn because of her!! Not many people like her. Helpful and patient with my tired kids. She was helpful and went beyond to make us comfortable with a smile and even though i felt like i was a pester she was always great and friendly.

My husband had just been at work for 28 days and he said it was the best sleep he had had in a long time that the beds were so comfortable. The woman at the front desk Regina was very kind respectful and helpful she went out of her way to make sure we had everything that we needed
